This year I decided to take on a photography project called Project 365. It is a lot harder than I thought. This project consists of taking a picture everyday, for the entire year. I am already behind with that project, so I decided to do Project 52. The 52 week project consists of taking one picture a week for the entire year. I think I can manage. So here is my first one, I took this picture last week. I still can’t believe that she is mine. How did I get so lucky??? My oldest daughter has a heart of gold. She’s so charming, beautiful, compassionate & VERY witty! I just love her! I will post a picture of my youngest daughter at the end of this week for week 2, that is, if she is willing to cooperate. :O)

Happy 2011!
Thanks for stopping by my new blog! It has been almost a year since I took down my website, so I decided that 2011 would be the year that I would continue to pursue my passion for photography. And here I am! This past year, was a very busy one for us. We moved in late 2009 & began numerous home renovations for about 5 months, a very long 5 months. During that time, I came to the decision that I could no longer do photography until things settled down here. So there went my website. I decided that I MUST get my blog up & running in 2011. I really missed being behind the camera. But I did manage to sneak in a few sessions here & there. Just to fulfill my creative streak…
Here is one of the many pictures that I captured in 2010. I just LOVE this one! This picture is very special to me as these kids are close to my heart. I had so much fun with my niece & nephews. And my girls had a blast with their cousins. I will post more pictures at a later time, but here is one of my favorites from 2010.
